If you’ve attended a Sunday morning gathering at Adullam, you may have noticed that we don’t take a traditional offering; instead we place a chest in the back close to the door for folks to drop off whatever they feel led to give.
The reason is simple: we’re not after your money. Don’t get us wrong, we believe that giving is a huge part of the Kingdom and that God does ask His followers to allocate a chunk of what He has given them towards Kingdom purposes. We just don’t want to make a big show of it. But since we don’t make it part of the service, sometimes folks forget, you might be out of town on a Sunday, or you might be part of the villages use occasional Sundays to gather offsite. With that in mind, we set up this page to provide an avenue for electronic giving.
Below is a button that takes you to a PayPal page where you can make a secure donation online. Before you click it, take a few minutes to read the F.A.Q. list below it. We want to share a little more about our beliefs regarding money, debt and where you should consider giving.
Note: Adullam is a 501c3 organization and registered in good standing with the state of Colorado. We send out year end receipts for tax purposes.

Why should I give online?
It’s a personal preference, but here are a few of the benefits we think you might find through online giving:
- It’s a step of faith. Deciding in advance to give and then following through is a very real way to put your trust in God’s provision during the week.
- It helps simplify life; no trying to remember whether or not you’ve given this month.
- It lets you to give consistently, even when you’re not at church.
- It lets you to focus on community when you’re at church… no more “d’oh” moments, forgetting to drop the check in the box.
-
Who should not give online?
If you’re carrying lots of credit card debt, don’t add to it by giving to Adullam. If you are struggling to manage your finances, we can connect you to someone who can help you gain a Scriptural perspective on your finances.
Adullam does not offer tax advice. However, if you need legal help with your debt, we may be able to assist you in finding legal advice.

What does Scripture really say about giving?
You might be surprised to know that the Bible talks a lot about giving, just not in the way we’re used to hearing from pulpits. God is not poor and He doesn’t need your money, but He does want your heart and affections. In our society, priorities are often measured by how we channel our finances. If God’s Kingdom is important in your life, it should receive at least as much as, say… Starbucks each month.
The concept of giving in the New Testament is that pretty much everything belongs to God. There are even stories of early believers completely liquidating their assets to provide for others and giving sacrificially to counteract the persecution that many faced. (Acts 4:32-37 and 2Corinthians 8:1-5) Scriptural giving is more wholistic than simply writing a check for a certain percentage; it encompases our strengths, talents and time, not just finances.
